Terms & Conditions

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with any specific game rules or promotional terms published on the 35nd platform, the specific rules for that game or promotion shall take precedence for the matter to which they relate, and these Terms shall govern all other matters. Any reference to "Bangladesh" includes all eight administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

These Terms & Conditions are published and maintained in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version is the authoritative and legally binding text.

To register and maintain an active account on 35nd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of 35nd, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, for purposes related to wagering or bonus eligibility.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 35nd for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any guardianship or legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

35nd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, 35nd may restrict deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals on any account where age has not been confirmed.

By registering on 35nd, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If any of those representations become inaccurate at any point, you are obligated to notify 35nd immediately and cease using the platform until your eligibility is restored or confirmed.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 35nd, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. Material inaccuracies in your registration information — including a false date of birth or a name that does not match your identity documents — are grounds for immediate account suspension.

35nd operates a one-account-per-person policy without exception. If 35nd determines that a Player has registered more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of these — all accounts belonging to that Player will be suspended, bonus funds credited across those accounts will be voided, and 35nd reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated in breach of this policy pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 35nd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all account holders. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility whether or not you personally authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 35nd support immediately at [email protected].

As part of our KYC process, 35nd may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any time if we have grounds to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 35nd support will result in restriction of account functionality, including the suspension of withdrawal processing, until the documentation is supplied and reviewed.

35nd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All funds deposited into a 35nd account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 35nd does not accept deposits made on behalf of a Player by a third party. If 35nd identifies a deposit originating from a payment account not registered to the account holder, that deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect Players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. 35nd reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks, request source-of-funds documentation, or apply a manual review period to any withdrawal request where the circumstances warrant additional scrutiny. In standard cases where verification is already complete and no flags are raised, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the platform. 35nd does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond 35nd's control.

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method they have previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in their own name. This anti-money-laundering control is applied consistently to all accounts regardless of Player history or account tier. Exceptions are made only in cases where the original deposit method is no longer available (e.g., a closed mobile wallet account), in which case 35nd may request additional verification before approving withdrawal to an alternative method.

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to a given bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms for that offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to its wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

35nd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses will not be granted to accounts that 35nd reasonably believes are registering primarily to exploit promotional offers rather than to engage in genuine recreational gameplay. Any Player found to be abusing promotional terms — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other Players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonus voided and may face permanent account closure.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account balance. Where both are present, real-money funds are typically wagered first unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms. 35nd does not permit the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Players suspected of using such tools will have their accounts investigated and may face suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent closure. The integrity of every game and betting market on 35nd is taken seriously, and the platform maintains monitoring systems designed to detect and respond to irregular betting patterns.

By registering and using 35nd, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and to use the platform solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes. You must not use 35nd in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure, or interfere with any other Player's use and enjoyment of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds where applicable, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including a false date of birth.
• Registering more than one account on 35nd, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits — 35nd complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, artificial intelligence tools, or any unauthorised third-party application to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or exploit any aspect of the 35nd platform, its games, or its proprietary content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 35nd support staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately; exploiting rather than reporting a known vulnerability is grounds for immediate closure.

35nd reserves the right to monitor player activity, review account histories, and conduct investigations at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe a violation of these Terms may have occurred. Investigations are conducted confidentially, and 35nd is not obligated to disclose the details of any investigation to the Player under review.

35nd may suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a lawful authority. Where suspension is applied pending investigation, 35nd will endeavour to complete that investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player.

Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting 35nd support. Where a Player requests account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method after standard KYC checks are completed. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

35nd offers a self-exclusion programme as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players who believe their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period ranging from one week to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, 35nd will not accept any further deposits or wagers from that account for the duration of the exclusion, and the restriction cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed — not by the Player, and not by 35nd support staff for any reason.
